1. General provisions

 

This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of LLC "Imperial Shipping Company" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

 

The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://courage-voyage.com;

 

User – any visitor to the website https://courage-voyage.com;

 

Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

 

Last name, first name, patronymic;

Email address;

Phone numbers;

Identity document details;

Address of actual place of residence and registration at place of residence and (or) place of stay;

 

The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookie" files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics and others). The above-mentioned data are hereinafter combined in the Policy text under the general concept of Personal Data.

 

 

4. Purposes of personal data processing

 

The purpose of processing User's personal data — informing the User by sending emails; conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts; providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.

User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation.

 

In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator's email address info@courage-voyage.com with the note "Personal data update". The term for personal data processing is unlimited.

 

The User can at any time withdraw their consent to personal data processing by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator's email address info@courage-voyage.com with the note "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".

 

 

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

 

Before starting cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory personal data is intended to be transferred provides reliable protection of personal data subjects' rights.

 

Cross-border transfer of personal data to territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is written consent of the personal data subject to cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

 

 

8. Final provisions

 

The User can receive any clarifications on questions of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email info@courage-voyage.com. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
